Been coming here and seeing Angela since 2012. She is absolutely incredible. Not only a wonderful personality, she does a fantastic job at any haircut you or your kids want. I always say if Angela stops working there, I'll stop getting my haircut lol. I refuse to go anywhere else because she does that good of a job. If you want to look like a king for a great price in a convenient location, this spot is the place to go. 10/5 stars and a solid 100% recommendation from me. 2 thumbs up!!

I travel for work and get haircuts on the road. I am always relieved when I see a Lady Jane's nearby. I know they aren't some jive turkey barber that spends way too long giving me treatments I don't need nor want and up charging me into oblivion because that commensurate with the local demographic. It's a good, clean, well staffed mens-style barber shop with fair and clearly stated pricing. The girls are all good at what they do and so friendly. I wish we had a Lady Jane's in every major city!

I’ve been there a few times, and I see Michaela. I’ve heard about peoples barber changing their perspective before but never experienced it first hand. She knew more tips than any barber I’ve had in the past. Then she was able to work very quickly while making a bit of a unique style- which was my request, I never know exactly what I want. I feel comfortable trusting this salon and recommending it, especially after many compliments for a new haircut style. It may just be a different fade style but it’s easy to see hairdressing passion here! My first beard trim as well here was great.

Started going to Lady Jane’s Haircuts after moving from Orlando to Buffalo. Lucky to have Kristin give my first haircut. The shop is friendly to wait in. When entering you check-in on a laptop menu as a new or existing patron, requesting a specific hairstylist or first available. Reservation times were easy to make by phone. I like their website showing which hairstylists are working on the current day at your location. The first time I was there Kristin asked a few questions on the cut that I was looking for. I like to keep my hair longish so I usually wait 6 - 8 weeks between cuts. All I could tell her was the length should now go down to a #3 as that’s what I did for many years in Florida. Kristin took it from there and the result was just as I hoped. She also “cleans” me up, trimming my sideburns and eyebrows, washing my hair before or after the cut. The very warm barber’s towel on the back of your neck is an option at the end but I skip it. Again I say, kudos to Kristin for making it a super pleasant experience, not just the cut but shmoozing in the chair makes me look forward to my next visit.
